COM-DEX

The COM-DEX is used for hands-free streaming. You connect this device via Bluetooth to your phone, tablet, television or computer (2 devices at any given time). This transmits sound direct to your hearing aid.

This device is compatible with the COM-DEX app for convenient control of volume, sound direction and program settings.

This device is particularly good whilst driving in a car with a passenger, as you can use the app to choose the direction of sound to mainly come from your left so you can hear your passenger talking whilst maintaining eye contact with the road.

CALL-DEX


This is a great product for people who talk a lot on a mobile phone. The CALL-DEX is a small device that plugs into the bottom of your phone where it directly streams the sound into your hearing aids. It can stream for up to 80 hours and is compatible with most mobile phones. There are no buttons or fancy techniques, you simply plug and go.

TV-DEX

If you love watching TV, this is the product for you. The TV-DEX is about the size of your palm and plugs into your television. You use the provided remote control to adjust the volume which wirelessly streams direct to your hearing aids. You can use this device whether you’re watching TV alone or with family and friends, as the volume adjustments only affect you. The remote control is also rechargeable through the base which plugs into the TV. The TV-DEX also has a convenient ‘room off’ button so you only hear sound from the TV and nothing from your surrounding environment.

UNI-DEX

The UNI-DEX is worn around your neck and can plug into phones or any device with a 3.5mm jack output. It allows for automatic streaming direct to your hearing aids. The neckpiece also contains an in-built microphone allowing you to use your mobile phone hands-free. It is a simple plug and play device that can be used with mobile phones, tablets, computers and even connects to aircraft seat adapters.

This is a remote control for your hearing aids. It allows you to easily switch between functions on your hearing aids as well as adjusting the volume. It’s small enough to fit on a key ring and can hide discreetly in your pocket or handbag. The battery life lasts approximately 12 months too!
